Kinseido will not disclose personal information collected to a third party without obtaining the consent of the individual.

 

3. Entrustment of personal information handling

Kinseido may entrust the handling of customers’ personal information to trustees.
In such a case, Kinseido will ensure that trustees are thoroughly supervised to prevent leak of or unauthorized access to personal information.

 

4. Procedures for requesting disclosure of personal information, etc.

Requests concerning notifications, disclosure, corrections, addition to, deletion of your personal information, or suspension of use may be sent via email or to the following postal address:

The scope of personal information subject to a request for disclosure shall be the name, address, and other information, which Kinseido acquired on its own initiative and currently holds. The individual in question is required to submit an identity verification document.

 

5. Voluntary Nature of Provision of Personal Information

Personal Information is provided on a voluntary basis, but customers should note that if information is not provided, this may cause inconvenience, in some cases unavailability of services.
